Typically, the Land Use Permit will be issued the same day that it is approved. The Permit may contain project specific conditions. If the Applicant disagrees with any condition, or the Commission denied the Permit, the Applicant can request a hearing to seek Commission reconsideration.
Approved Permits are emailed to the contacts provided on the Application. The email will contain additional attachments and forms required for contractors to use when applying for Trade Permits and, when the project is complete, to request a Certificate of Completion. A Certificate of Completion is required prior to occupancy or use.
