Review Period

In general, the Commission review period operates on a two week cycle. When the Application is deemed complete the Administrator will distribute it to the Commissioners who will have two weeks to provide comments. At this time Commissioners may request additional time and in such cases the Applicant will be notified.

The review period shall also be extended when a Commissioner requests additional information or notes deficiencies within the Application. In such case, the two week the review period will begin again once the Applicant’s complete responses are received by the Administration.

When all outstanding issues have been addressed, the Commission will consider the Application either electronically or at the next meeting which shall take place no later than one-week following resolution of all issues. Simple applications, concerning one or two Commissioners, may be handled administratively.

Applicants can help expedite the review process by submitting plans for either formal or informal consultation prior to submission of the complete application.
